Well I sincerely hope that never happens again.

Last Sunday (6th) our internet and phone went off without any warning. It has only just been restored (Friday afternoon), even though our provider has been saying it'll be fixed in four hours since Tuesday!

I never realise how useful and how much I use the internet until it isn't there. Every time I wanted to look something up I had to just wait! So glad to have it back.
